Seniors-If you are planning on applying to a 4-year college, you must complete and return the following forms to your school counselor at least 30 school days before the college application deadline. You may download them below or pick them up in the School Counseling Office.

 


School Counseling Due Dates (2013-2014): If the college has a:

November 1st deadline: forms are due to your school counselor by Sept. 18th
December 1st deadline: forms are due to your school counselor by Oct. 11th
January 1st deadline: forms are due to your school counselor by Nov. 6th
February 1st deadline: forms are due to your school counselor by Dec. 3rd
March 1st deadline: forms are due to your school counselor by Jan. 13th

 
 

SAT Information: You need to send official SAT scores to colleges directly from Collegeboard. You can register for the SAT at www.collegeboard.com.

 

ACT Information: You can register for the ACT at www.actstudent.org.
